As a strategist, I collaborate with clients to transform business goals and user needs into content and messaging.
As a writer, I turn briefs and conversations into ads, articles, scripts and site copy. Whether it’s marketing, communications or UX: I've written a great version of it with some great teams.

I developed campaigns, wrote scripts, and drew users to the digital channels of international brands including Apple, AT&T, Citibank, Clorox, Glad, Nissan, INFINITI, Mitsubishi, Sunglass Hut, and many others.
As a script writer, I saved shoots with last-minute lines, drew clear lines around brainstormed territories, and generally tried to keep the room lively enough to drive increased engagement.
As the liaison to the editorial departments of clients like Apple, I balanced the structure of rigorous editorial standards with my team’s insights into user behaviour and comprehension.
As a career developer, I also facilitated the growth of a junior copywriter with regular mentorship sessions.

As part of a UX team, I improved the clarity and usability of an emerging online financial service by writing and editing online instructional content, from site copy to customer service scripts.
In partnership with the marketing department, I also engaged merchants with regular updates and led the creation of an internal newsletter to keep employees connected.

COMEDY
My experience as a touring standup (Yuk Yuk's) and sketch comedian (Kaboom Hooray) still informs my process when developing a campaign or executing a concept—I’m always searching for the beat that turns a merely interesting idea into a gut punch.
As the artistic producer of a nationally touring sketch troupe, I performed a regular high-wire exercise in management by coordinating multiple directors and performers. (Go on, just try telling a comedian what to do.)
